Passport Service - Terms & Conditions – IRB

Service Scope

International Resource Bank (IRB) provides assistance in the application and processing support for passport services. IRB acts as a facilitator to help clients complete documentation and application procedures. OTP Verification Consent
The client agrees to share the One-Time Password (OTP) received on their registered mobile number strictly for the purpose of passport application processing.

  • OTP must be shared only with the authorized IRB contact numbers: 9371699713 or 9637513516.
  • IRB does not communicate, call, or chat from any other number.
  • Clients are solely responsible to ensure they are interacting only with the above-mentioned official numbers.

Authorized Communication
Clients must ensure that all communications and responses are limited to the official IRB contact numbers mentioned above. IRB shall not be responsible for any loss, fraud, or miscommunication arising from interaction with unauthorized persons or numbers. Service Fees & Refund Policy

  • All service fees paid to IRB are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once the passport application is submitted and a File Number is generated, IRB’s responsibility for the application process is considered fulfilled.

Post-Submission Responsibility

  • After file number generation, further processing is handled by the concerned government authorities.
  • IRB shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, or any decisions made by passport authorities.

Police Verification Clause

  • Police verification is a mandatory step in most passport applications.
  • The applicant is personally responsible for completing and satisfying all requirements during police verification.
  • IRB has no control or influence over police verification procedures, outcomes, or officer requirements.

GST & Taxation

  • Service fees charged by IRB are currently not subject to GST, as IRB has not crossed the prescribed GST registration threshold under applicable laws.
  • In case of any regulatory changes, applicable taxes may be charged additionally.

Limitation of Liability
IRB shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, rejection, or additional requirements arising from government processes, documentation discrepancies, or applicant-related issues. Acceptance of Terms

  3. Authorized Communication
    I understand that IRB will communicate only through the above-mentioned numbers and no other number is authorized.
    I will ensure all responses and communications are limited to these official contacts.
  4. Fees & Refund Policy
    I acknowledge that the service fee paid to IRB is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    I further understand that once the passport application File Number is generated, IRB’s service responsibility is completed.
  5. Police Verification Responsibility
    I understand that police verification is mandatory in most cases and is my personal responsibility.
    I agree that IRB has no control over police verification procedures or outcomes.
  6. Government Process Disclaimer
    I understand that passport approval, rejection, or delays are solely under the jurisdiction of government authorities, and IRB is not responsible for such outcomes.
  7. GST Declaration
    I understand that currently, IRB service charges are not under GST, as per applicable threshold limits.

Legal Notice & Declaration (As per IT Act, 2000)

This electronic record is generated in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and shall have the same legal validity and enforceability as a physical document in terms of Sections 4 and 5 of the Act. By submitting this form and/or making payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that a legally binding contract is created between the applicant and International Resource Bank (IRB).
